- Customers might notice that the USD to
Malaysian Ringgit price conversion is not uniform. All the items displayed
at Rudra Centre Malaysia would be the same as Rudraksha Ratna website India
(in USD). A minimal increment is introduced into the Malaysian pricing to
cater the high delivery charges incurred by the centre. The price denotes on
individual purchases, however the center would try to give discounts if
applicable. Please do note that Rudra Centre Malaysia has a mission to
deliver these spiritual tools/products to the mass and not make huge
profits. Do contact us for any clarifications.
- Items ordered would take a period from 3 weeks
to 4 weeks to be delivered to customers. The mentioned period is required as
most orders are custom made in India, blessed through appropriate prayers
and shipped out. We however do have limited items of rudraksha and others of
which we would deliver immediately.
- Certain items may take longer period pending on
availability.
- A nominal charge or RM5.00 would be imposed on
POSLAJU delivery. (The only method so far.) This would not usually exceed
RM15.00.
- We do repairs of broken mala (condition
pending) free of charge. Customers need only pay the to and fro delivery
charges. However, if additional material is required like silver capping or
so forth, customers would have to bear the additional cost. If the item
needs to be sent back to India for repairs, the charges would still be
based on local delivery charges along with the additional
material cost.
- If we can help you obtain products that would
be beneficial (spiritually) that is not listed on the website, it would only
make us feel better.
